We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

FREE UK DELIVERY

We offer free UK delivery on qualifying orders and selected bundle offers as displayed on our website.

TRACKING

INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

However, Dewpatch is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside our control.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
