RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At DewPatch, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, heavily used, or damaged products may not be eligible for return.

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card provider
3. Contact your bank as processing times can vary

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
